INNOVATIVE STRUCTURE

ROLL FORMED MANUFACTURING
The rim is roll formed with a 5454-H heat tempered aluminum resulting in a 20% reduction in wheel's weight and thickness. This tailored process allows us to produce streamlined rugged designs that are 3x stronger than traditional cast wheels.
GERMAN ENGINEERED MACHINING
Our low-pressure casting production surpasses the A-level standards of various indicators recommended by the GB/T 11346-2018’s radiographic inspection of aluminum alloy castings defect classification. This means our rims are much denser and less pourous than the competition, resulting in the a stronger and lighter wheel.
MICRO-FSW PRECISION WELDING
Aerospace aluminum welding technology redefines the definition of a good wheel with the introduction of solid state welding. With friction stir welding, there is no Heat Affected Zone, this is the perfect weld.
